Easter Egg cupcakes

As Easter is Fast approaching I thought it would be nice to post something Easter related. I opted for Easter Egg cupcakes, they are really easy and fun to make. I made these cupcakes with my little brother and he really enjoyed decorating the cupcakes.

For The Batter 

125 g   Self raising flour 

125g   Caster sugar 

125g   Butter 

1-2 tbsp Milk
2   Eggs 

For The Buttercream

280g Icing sugar 

140g Butter 

1-2 tbsp Milk

Food colouring can be added if you wish 

you will also need mini eggs for decoration and cupcake cases
